I went ahead and got one of those 1000lb Chinese motorcycle lift tables. I've read a lot about their strengths and weak spots, but now that it's in my workshop, I'm ready to put it to use, I just need to bleed the hydraulic system before lifting my RM. Has anyone here used this lift with an RM before? are there any tips or things to watch for?

Not sure how the lift is designed, but there should be some kind of pump that you'll need to put under pressure and open up the bleeder valve. You might need to go through a few cycles up and down and continue adding fluid until no more air escapes from the valve. Close the valve and you'll be good to go.

Which model is the lift?

Yep, I've used one of those lifts with an RM, worked fine, but a few things to keep in mind.
First, definitely bleed the hydraulics fully before you load anything heavy, some of those units ship with air pockets that'll cause choppy or weak lifts if you don't get them out
As for the RM, center the bike carefully and watch your ground clearance, the frame can sit a bit low depending on tires and sag, so make sure the ramp angle isn't too steep or it'll catch and oh, and don't trust the locking bar blindly, check it engages solidly before you crawl under
