Can I replace my tires to a 180-65 on my Springfield?

I've been noticing that options for the stock rear tire on my Indian Springfield seem kinda limited.

Has anyone here run a slightly taller 180/65/16 on their Springfield? If so, what was your experience? Any noticeable difference in ride or handling on 180-65?
Appreciate any insights! Ride safe!

Yeah, it fits fine on the Springfield! If it's slightly taller, it's gonna give you a bit smoother ride bc it will absorb bumps better. Speedo might read 1-2 percent low but yeah overall it's a decent upgrade!

I've heard mixed reviews on going taller, some notice a smoother ride, but others say it can affect handling, especially in tight corners

I ran same on my springfield then and honestly, it gave a bit more sidewall cushion, no major quirks but the bike felt a tad slower to turn in, guessing the slightly taller tire like @Daisy Rocks said
