Hey everyone, has anyone here tried the Chippewa Pierce 7 (the Engineer boot #1901M53 in Pierce Tan 7)? I know they come in a couple of colors. I'd love to hear your thoughts if you've owned a pair. How's the fit and break-in process? What do you think about the overall build quality? I'm considering grabbing a pair

Pierce 7 are sharp! I've heard the break in can be a bit of a journey with engineer boots, but they mold to your feet like a glove eventually. How's the instep feel on you initially?

I've been eyeing those too! But honestly, I'm kinda worried about the break-in process. I've heard Chippewa boots can be stiff at first, and it might take a while for them to feel comfortable. If you've got wide feet, you might wanna double-check the fit because some folks say they can feel tight until they loosen up. As for the build, Chippewa's solid, but it really depends on how well you take care of them. If you're out in the elements a lot, they can hold up well, but they need some love to stay in good shape.
